BURIED ANCHOR SYSTEM
In areas where concrete has not been poured, when the reinforcement and formwork system are ready, template plates and rods are assembled in accordance with the application plan and work program, and then transported to the site as a kit. Assembly is carried out by taking axes and elevations from the topography.
CHEMICAL ANCHORAGE SYSTEM
The application system is prepared and sent to the topographer. The topographer determines the locations of the template plates in the field. The positions of the holes on the template plates are marked, and their locations are determined. Then, using a core drill or a regular drill, holes are drilled in the existing concrete at the desired diameter and depth. The dust inside is cleaned with air, and a chemical mixture is injected into the holes. Rods are placed in the holes, and then left to wait for 3 minutes to 1 hour for the chemical reaction to take place.
