MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION SHEET
After the completion of the 3D model, the job preparation department proceeds in accordance with priority and the work program by:
- Preparing single parts,
- Preparing assembly manufacturing drawings,
- Preparing assembly installation drawings, and completing manufacturing preparations.
WORK PROGRAM
A detailed work program is prepared and published separately for each job. According to the program, materials are systematically prepared for dispatch.
RELIEF, MODEL CHECK
According to the reinforced concrete and draft project plan, the topography and contour lines of the areas to be assembled in the field are surveyed to check for any deviations in their main lines.
3D MODEL PREPARATION
After checking with the main lines of the 3D model that has been coordinated, an application plan is provided, and orders for embedment or chemical anchoring are placed. Approximately within a week, the 3D model is gradually completed according to the priority sequence in the work program, and orders for materials, bolts, nuts, washers, etc., are placed.
